Sylvie Chanh is Chief Legal, Claims and Services Officer.
With a 20-year career, she is one of the leading experts in France on claims-related issues.
After starting her professional career as an underwriter, she joined the French Federation of Insurance Companies (FFSA) in 2004 as a senior counsel specializing in motor risks. Her large technical expertise and natural leadership enabled her to join Axa Global P&C four years later ; she was in charge of developing the French insurer's bodily injury claims policy within nine European countries.
She also teaches in the Master 2 Insurance program at the University of Paris Assas.
With her international experience, Sylvie Chanh joined CCR Group in 2011, gradually expanding her missions to the development of services (such as medical underwirting) and legal.
