Chrystelle Busque

Chrystelle Busque is Chief Financial Officer – CCR Group, since 2015. She joins the Executive Committee in 2012.

Chrystelle started her career with an NGO based in Africa. She spent the next three years conducting several auditing and consulting assignments for Arthur Andersen.

She then joined the insurance and reinsurance industry, where she took on broader responsibilities over the last 18 years : MENA (Middle East North Africa) subsidiary companies’ monitoring, for the AGF (Allianz) International Division, AGF Overseas Territories Finance Manager, and implementing the “enterprise risk management” function (risk management, internal control, actuarial division and internal audit) for CCR.

Later she was appointed Chief Financial Officer for CCR and CCR Re.

With an Engineer background, an ENSTA graduate, she also holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, a Master in Oceanography and in Meteorology, and an Executive MBA from the CHEA – Insurance School of Management.
