Bertrand Labilloy

Bertrand Labilloy is Chief Executive Officer of CCR Re, since September 2016.

He was also Chief Executive Officer of Caisse Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) and Vice-President of APREF (Association des Professionnels de la Réassurance en France).

He began his career in the senior civil service at high levels in 1993, in capacity of both supervisory and regulatory roles at the Insurance Supervisory Authority, the French Treasury Directorate and the European Commission.

He then joined Calyon as Corporate Finance Director until 2006, at which date he became Director for Economic and Financial Affairs at the French Federation of Insurance Companies (FFSA).

He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE (Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique).

He is a certified actuary and fellow of the French Institute of Actuaries.
